Ty Mawr - Cardiff
The Ty Mawr is an informal rural pub, perfect for customers to meet, eat, drink and chat in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The pub is subtly divided into separate areas, each with its own character and feel and whilst overall maintaining a traditional pub feel. We have a daily changing menu and a great range of excellent cask ales and wines. The Ty Mawr also features one of the outdoor dining areas in Cardiff so you can dine on the patio and enjoy the stunning views over Cardiff and across the Severn estuary. The garderns also include a fabulous pond and an allotment which is currently being planted but will provide the freshest veg possible for the pub kitchen.

The White Eagle - Anglesey
Completely rebuilt in 2007 The White Eagle is a fond Anglesey landmark for both residents and visitors. Eli Jenkins’ Ale House - Swansea
Eli Jenkins’ Ale House takes its name from one of the characters of local lad Dylan Thomas. It is a large modern pub with plenty of quiet corners to sit and chat. Good bar meals are served, and are complemented by a frequently changing selection of cask ales.ab

Over many years, De Courceys Manor has enjoyed a great reputation as one of the best a la carte restaurants in South Wales. Watsons Bistro - Conwy
Watson’s Bistro is a family run affair set in the historic walled town of Conwy. The Bistro uses only the finest locally sourced produce to create dishes that are all homemade, from the bread rolls made by Uncle Ron, the Master Baker to the sumptuous desserts and homemade ice creams and sorbets. We pride ourselves on our ethic that only the best will do for our guests and aim to give you a truly memorable dining experience. Whether it be a simple lunch in our secret garden, Sunday lunch with its choice of local meats (no set menu, you choose what you want), through to our evening a la carte with daily changing specials (no supplements on our mains, they come with market fresh vegetables and specific potato dishes!), we think we have got all the boxes ticked!
